The Gathering

So after a day at the beach, the gang decided to gather at the house and do a little... how you say.. partyin.  We played some music, skated ramp, had a bonfire, went swimming in the creek, and finished it off by breaking bottles in the ramp. The usual.  I like my friends, they're a real hoot. K, love you , miss you , bye

My boys from Van came to town for the weekend.... Nuggy, A.J., Co Co and Dane-jer.  We went to Kal lake for a dip and a canoe, but by the time we got there a storm had started to make its way over. We paddled around and drank a few wobblers until Dane decided that he wanted to jump off something, so we ripped back to the truck and drove out to the cliffs. Only CoCo and Dane were brave enough to endure the cold water, because by then there was no sun shining on the cliffs. We had to be careful too, because the Olgolpolgol was lurking.  We kicked it there for a minute and then went out for a big dinner with tons of homies. Delicious food, good friends.. then back to the lavy pad for a little hang out... pics to come.

Go Skate

So yesterday was Go Skateboarding Day!!!!! And the second day of summer. A couple of us went out to Okanagan lake on Connors boat and got shralpy. I think the highlight were the water skis... a couple of wide ass boards with no fin on the bottom.... The Stingers. I finally landed a shuvit on a wake skate, so I figured that counts as something good for Go Skate Day.  We played around on the lake for a few hours before heading to town to check out a comp at Polson Skatepark. Then finished it all off with a little skate at BMO. Beautiful day
